Conquests

Napoleon's Conquests:
  • Italy: Between the years 1796-1797, Napoleon conquered most of northern Italy, this made him want to conquer more. In northern Italy, he moved to suppress religious orders, end serfdom, and limit age old noble privilege.
  • Spain: Napoleon invaded Portugal in 1807 with the support of Spain, under  the pretext of a Reinforcement of the Franco-spanish army occupying Portugal, after that Napoleon ivaded Spain, replaced Charles IV with his brother Joshep.Napoleon defeat the spanish army after Dos de Mayo uprising, he retook madrid. Napoleon leave the Peninsula because Prusia declare war again,  he left 300,000 to figth against spanish guerrilas and British and portuguese forces commanded by Arthur Weslley
Other countries he conquered: Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, West Germany and East Poland
